Role Description

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to strengthen our After Sales organization in Gothenburg.

In this role, you will act as a key contact towards our customers after delivery, handling technical questions, service needs and support cases with a clear sense of ownership and urgency.

The role combines technical support with practical service work. You will work both in-house and in the field, supporting customers directly when needed. You are expected to take responsibility for driving cases forward and ensuring that issues are resolved efficiently.

You will work closely with Sales, Engineering, Production and Logistics to secure a high level of service and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle technical support cases with a high level of responsiveness and follow-through
  • Troubleshoot issues and guide customers towards clear and practical solutions
  • Provide support both remotely and on-site when required
  • Document, track and follow up cases to ensure closure and customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate internally to resolve more complex technical issues
  • Contribute to improving processes, ways of working and customer experience

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer support, technical support or similar role
  • Strong service mindset and ability to act with a clear sense of urgency
  • Good technical understanding within mechanics and basic electronics
  • Ability to understand technical products and explain solutions in a clear way
  • Structured and able to manage multiple ongoing cases
  • Strong communication skills and a professional approach towards customers

Additional Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Swedish
  • Comfortable working on-site in Gothenburg
  • Ability to collaborate in an international environment
