The Talurit® 600T 1VS is a next-generation swager engineered for high-efficiency production and confident handling of medium-sized wire rope assemblies. Its rigid single-pillar design provides excellent access to the swaging area, helping operators work more comfortably and safely when positioning heavier ropes, sleeves, terminals and end stops.
With a maximum swaging force of 600 tonnes (6,000 kN), the 600T 1VS offers strong capacity for a wide range of applications while maintaining precise control throughout the cycle. The variable speed functionality enables fast piston movement when set to maximum, then gradually adapts as pressure builds toward full force—supporting faster cycle times and improved repeatability where consistency matters.
Operation is simplified through an intuitive 10-inch touch screen, where key settings such as force, speed, piston control and return distance can be adjusted quickly to match the job at hand. As standard, it is delivered with a guided D-sized die holder designed to absorb eccentric forces during repeated swaging operations, helping minimize wear and support long-term durability. A larger-than-typical die holder for its machine size also expands die compatibility and supports larger ferrule sizes.
