职位： 质量工程师

1. Search and develop suppliers according to requirements, investigate and screen out capable suppliers through visits and sample evaluation.

根据销售需求及要求寻找开发供应商，通过实地考察、样品认证等方式调查比对供应商，筛选出合适的供应商。

2. Conduct supplier’s reviews and audits against to quality achievements, price competitiveness, delivery timeliness, technical innovation and other related management system, improve the quality control and service level of the suppliers.

依据质量、价格、交期、技术等管理体系对现有供应商进行定期评核，提升供应商供货质量及服务水平，替换不合格供应商。

3. Perform quality inspection activities according to purchase plan and shipment schedule, make and submit the inspection report timely.

根据采购计划及出货计划及时安排验货，把控出货质量，并出具验货报告。

4. Deal with customer claims and follow-up with suppliers on quality incidents problem investigation. Verify corrective actions and prevention actions implementation effectiveness to prevent re-occurrences. Build up traceable system regard to the quality issues and changes.

处理客户投诉事件及改善追踪确认，验证纠正措施及预防措施的实施有效性，避免类似质量问题的再次发生。制作投诉事件反馈表、建立质量问题及变更的可追溯体系。

5. Work out the quality control handbook for each product, specify the procedure the standard for quality inspection. Initiate and manage the quality continuous improvement programs.

负责采购产品的检验指导书、工艺流程、质量判定标准的制定及其他质量管理相关文档的更新和完善。发起并负责质量管理的持续改进计划。

6. Help with the training works and other temporarily works is assigned.

协助处理公司内质量管理指导和培训工作，及上级安排的其他工作。

Requirements： 任职要求

1. College Degree, preferable in engineering, materials, quality or related majors.

大学本科学历，优先考虑工程、材料、质量或相关专业。

2. Experience in supplier QMS audit according to ISO 9001. Rich knowledge about Forging/Casting and Material Chemical /material forming, and heat treatment audit experience is preferred.

有供应商相关质量管理体系审核的经验，拥有锻造/铸造及材料化学/材料成型专业知识及热处理审核经验者优先考虑。

3. Professional level on quality tools: quality audit, 8D, Control Plan, statistical sampling and etc.

熟悉质量管理工具，如8D, 控制计划及统计抽样等。

4. Ability to write, read and speak in English，Ability to write work documents in both Chinese & English

能熟练使用英语作为工作语言，口头沟通无障碍、流利书写英文格式的相关报告。

5. Good computer skills in Excel/Word/PPT/Outlook, Teams, etc.

熟练使用office软件、Team沟通软件、专业制图软件等。

6. Integrity, honest, communicative, expressive, excellent negotiation skill. Initiative and able to work independently. Quick learner. Self-driven team player that likes to travel and enjoy international working environment.
