Interviews & assessments
If you are being considered for a job, we will meet for a first interview. The first interview is our chance to get to know you. We want to know who you are as a person, and how you can contribute to our team. After this first meeting, if the match is good, the following steps include further interviews, assessments, and references.
Final selection & decision
You will always hear back from us after an interview – and if there is a match between us, we will discuss the employment contract in this final step before signing. Then we can celebrate and start the planning of your onboarding so that you quickly can become a part of our team.
