Talurit® Swaging Systems
The Talurit® 5T portable swager is the smallest swager in our standard range of premium swagers. Designed to be a safe and easy-to-use (easy to carry) swager, it is perfect for the Gerro™ Combi Cross-joints and also our Talunet C-type and H-type clamps. It is just as good in the workshop as in the field.
Key benefits:
The 5T portable swager (P 0005T) has a maximum swaging capacity of 5 tonnes (50 kN). The single pillar open-throat design makes swaging easy. A big advantage is that this swager can be used either vertically, bench mounted, free-standing or hanging. The main purpose of this machine is for special applications with narrow space (e.g. net making).
It is engineered to be both safe and easy to use in the field due to its low weight and easy operation. A stabilizing plate and a lifting eye are included. To allow for standing as well as hanging usage. The P 0005T is perfect for swaging Gerro™ Combi Cross-joints and also our Talunet C-type and H-type clamps. Which are commonly used for rockfall protection and pilot ladders.
As standard, we recommend the high-pressure compact power unit HAGG 0,55/700. And as an option, the 5T swager can be used together with our hand pump P59L-40, if even more mobility is required.
