Advanced hydraulic oil filtration

We offer hydraulic oil purification and filtration services for your machinery, either on-site or at our workshop. Opting for this service over complete oil replacement can result in significant cost savings for you. The advantages of operating your hydraulic system with clean oil are widely recognized due to their considerable importance. Our filtration and purification processes effectively remove water, dirt, and contaminants from the oil while preserving essential elements. This not only benefits your machinery but also contributes positively to the environment and your finances.

Service & maintenance

Regardless of what you manufacture or use your machines for, ensuring maximum reliability is essential for safety and your bottom line. We offer preventive and emergency services, as well as several different contract and package
options relating to machine service.

Included in our basic service

The following maintenance procedures are always included in our basic service package:

  • Test run of the machine
  • Inspection of max pressure/max force
  • Inspection and adjustment of the pressure transmitter (or manometer)
  • Inspection of the emergency stop and hold position
  • Inspection of other safety features such as the stroke limiter
  • Replacement of wear parts such as leather bellow and hose clamps
  • Inspection of the oil level
  • Replacement of the oil filter if it can not be cleaned with the same result
  • Inspection of all moving parts (die holders)
  • Lubrication
  • Inspection of the connectors, hoses, valves and valve house
  • Inspection of the electrical cabinet and related electrics, including the PLC if applicable

Refurbishment & retrofit

By replacing and renewing key parts and components, our refurbishment and retrofit service will give your old Talurit® machine a new lease of life. The result: your machine will keep on working long into the future – lowering your TCO further still. That is both economic and environmental sustainability.

Training & education

We offer a range of courses and programs that help transfer our extensive knowledge and expertise to your operators and technicians. This includes both theoretical and practical training. Perhaps the most important is to learn how to select a correct-sized ferrule for a specific wire rope, read the charts, and understand applicable standards. 

Ferrule Securing Training

Our full day training course is based on our extensive Ferrule Securing Instructions and contains the following:

  • How to select the correct ferrule size depending on the type of wire rope and construction
  • How to assemble different terminations
  • Training in different types of swage methods
  • How to check termination after swaging operation
  • Usage and scrapping
  • Basic training in wire rope construction
  • Practical training on how to perform a correct swaging of different fittings
  • Heavy-duty tensile testing of wire rope, slings, chains, etc

Testing & calibration

Our services include load cell calibration and pressure gauge calibration. In regards to testing, we can perform a large variety of tests, from break tests, proof tests, and hold tests to different dynamic tests. We also offer calibration, service, and repair of various manufacturers’ test beds – not only our own.
