Location: Warminster, PA, or Remote (Frequent Travel Required, 1-2 weeks per month)

About the Role:
As a Technical Sales Representative, you will play an important role in ensuring our customer interactions align with our core values and principles. Our primary objective is to continually enhance our customer relationships and satisfaction, which are key assets for us. Your primary responsibility will be to manage customers in specific states with a focus on maintaining both existing and new long-term relationships.

Throughout the sales process, you will receive full support from our global sales, marketing, and technical teams. You will be the driving force responsible for planning sales activities, gathering essential information, and moving projects forward. You will educate customers on our products and systems, provide technical guidance, offer after-sales support, and maintain relationships through in-person and virtual meetings, phone calls, and email.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in trade shows and association meetings.

Position Requirements:
We are seeking a professional with excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to build effective relationships. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and possess strong customer service skills. The role requires a highly organized individual to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Education and Experience:
A relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in technology or sales is required. The qualified candidate will possess a technical interest which will enable the development of a strong understanding of TALURIT products. The ability to support customers and independently explain product features and benefits is critical.

Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is a fundamental requirement.

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft 365 and excellent computer and communication skills are required.

An active driver’s license, a stable employment history, and legal authorization to work in the United States are mandatory requirements.

Travel within the United States and Canada for 1-2 weeks per month is expected.

While not mandatory, prior experience in the wire rope industry is highly advantageous.
