Jonas, tell us about your days working at Talurit AB in Sweden!

“I have been a part of the team for about two and a half years, initially joining as a hired assembler and progressing to the role of mechatronics engineer this year. My daily responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks, including electrical set-up of machines, creating circuit diagrams, ensuring proper fitting of electrical components, creating manuals, photo editing, resolving customer issues, and troubleshooting. As you can see, my work involves a diverse array of activities, something that I am very pleased with.

What I find most enjoyable about my work is the problem-solving. Delving deep into a challenge and discovering the optimal solution is truly satisfying. Additionally, I appreciate working on design aspects, such as visually appealing displays or engineering machines that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing to our customers.

In general, Talurit AB is a very enjoyable place to work. It is a great place for development, and you really feel that you can contribute if you have any thoughts or ideas. We have a strong sense of team spirit, ensuring that everyone supports and assists each other when faced with challenges. Additionally, we often do things together outside of work, which I think is great for the cohesion at the company.

Reflecting on my time at Talurit AB, there are countless great memories, but I must emphasise that the day I signed my contract and began working here stands out as the most memorable. I was filled with immense excitement and happiness on that day. Additionally, every day brings its own share of enjoyable moments.

When I am not working, you can find me at the gym. I’m also a lawn mowing pro, helping out in our housing society. I’m a passionate enthusiast about cars and all kinds of vehicles. Spending quality time with my family and enjoying nature are also big parts of my life.”
