The Talurit® LKA 30 GC sets a new standard in automated rope processing, offering an efficient and precise feed-measure-cut system for combination wire ropes between Ø16 and Ø24 mm. Developed with playground netting production in mind, this fully automated solution delivers exceptional cutting quality, minimizes material waste, and integrates seamlessly into modern manufacturing workflows. Thanks to the diamond-plated cutting disc, it not only provides perfectly straight cuts but also melts the plastic sheathing to keep the rope ends fully intact. Its marking unit lets operators conveniently place precise marking points along the rope for quick assembly, while an advanced calibration feature ensures consistent accuracy — down to ±1% of the measured length.
This cutting-edge machine is also equipped with an intuitive work order function, allowing jobs to be preconfigured in Excel and transferred to the machine via USB. Operators can cut entire sets of rope for a single product at once or batch similar lengths across multiple jobs, making production flexible and time-efficient. With storage for up to 30 different rope lengths per work order, plus the ability to specify up to 50 marking points per length, the LKA 30 GC streamlines production in playground netting and related applications.
