As Talurit, Inc. continues to build on strong momentum across the North American market, the company announces the appointment of Luke Staten as Vice President. This strategic step reflects Talurit Group’s commitment to exceeding customer needs and accelerating long-term growth throughout the Americas.
Luke Staten brings extensive experience from the lifting, rigging, and industrial hardware sector, where he has spent the majority of his career on the commercial side of the business. Starting in a role that spanned sales, marketing, and logistics, he developed a hands-on understanding of how a business operates at every level. From there, he progressed into regional and international sales leadership roles, working across North America and alongside global teams. Throughout his career, he has not only driven sales growth but also built strategies, developed teams, and strengthened market presence. Experience that translates directly to the ambitions Talurit, Inc. holds for the Americas.
What drew Staten to Talurit, Inc. was a combination that he describes as uniquely compelling: a strong global reputation paired with a still-forming presence in the U.S. market. “You are not starting from zero, but you still have a great deal of opportunity to shape what the business becomes in this region,” he explains. He was equally drawn to the alignment in values: a shared commitment to quality, long-term relationships, and doing things the right way.

The appointment comes at a defining moment for Talurit, Inc. Since its establishment in 2022, the U.S. subsidiary has grown steadily and with purpose. Earlier this year, Talurit, Inc. doubled its warehouse capacity at the Warminster, Pennsylvania headquarters and launched a new 5,000-square-foot regional stocking hub in Hammond, Louisiana. Expanding both reach and responsiveness across the Southern and Western United States. Staten’s appointment builds on that momentum, adding the leadership infrastructure needed to scale the business further and serve an ever-broader base of customers and industrial partners throughout the Americas.
