The reinforced flanged T‑joint is a connector for combination rope, engineered to join two ropes into a secure T‑cross with extra strength at the flange. Made from UV‑stabilised, high‑grade polyamide, PA (nylon), with a smooth finish to protect both the user and the rope, it offers excellent outdoor durability and fatigue resistance for heavy use in play and sports installations. Fastened with one torx screw.
The maximum load capacity depends on the direction of the applied force: it withstands approximately 4,14 kN under straight (axial) tension and approximately 1,7 kN under angled (off-axis) tension.

All load and swaging force specifications are based on comprehensive testing conducted specifically on our Gerro™ Combi combination wire rope split (RSP) with a steel core (IWRC).
Please note that load capacities may differ with varying combination wire ropes, with load values denoted in kN (30 kN ≈ 3000 kg). For your convenience, each article number references the combination wire rope diameter required, such as GC16-E for a 16mm rope.
