RBP – Combination Wire Rope Braided Polyester
The RBP, one of our premium combination wire ropes, is made of polyester. It offers easy handling, even in low temperatures, and features water resistance, high wear resistance, minimal stretching, and high breaking strength. With a high degree of UV resistance, it can be stored when wet and demonstrates remarkable strength against most chemicals (excluding strong acids). Available in seven premium colors.
Gerro™ Combi Combination Wire Rope is crafted by combining steel and fibre rope, featuring a preformed right regular lay. This UV-protected rope prevents colour fading, ensuring durability and visual appeal. Available in diameters of 16, 18, 20, 22, and 24 mm.
- Right Hand Regular Lay and Pre-formed
- Steel wire strands covered by: PP split, PP multi, braided nylon or braided polyester
- Available with both fibre core (FC) and steel core (IWRC)
- Galvanised steel and maximum UV protection for yarns
- Tensile Strength: 1.570N/mm2
- All braided combination wire ropes can be obtained in a glued version where the braided yarns are glued around the steel strands

Please note that load capacities may differ with varying combination wire ropes, with load values denoted in kN (30 kN ≈ 3000 kg). For your convenience, each article number references the combination wire rope diameter required, such as GC16-E for a 16mm rope.
