Our dies are manufactured from high-quality recycled Swedish steel for optimum strength, durability, and service life. In addition to our comprehensive standard range, we are also able to supply special dies tailored to meet the specific requirements of our customers. The press dies ensure a smooth and rounded finish of the swaged ferrules, enhancing the safety further for the end users. Explore our range of press dies, each crafted in our own facilities in Sweden where they have been coned and polished by hand.

Crafted meticulously in Sweden and Germany, our ferrules undergo rigorous testing to ensure they adhere to the highest safety and quality standards. Stand proud with Gerro™ Combi, the only system that complies with the EN 1176 standards.

World-renowned playground aluminium ferrules for combination wire rope

Our aluminium ferrules find global application across playground equipment, protection nets, sports, leisure, and stage rigging, making them versatile and reliable in various settings. With a legacy of safety and innovation dating back to 1948, Talurit® pioneers excellence in every Gerro™ Combi ferrule we deliver.

Designed with user safety in mind, our ferrules feature smooth edges to minimize risks for end users and reduce the need for extensive manual grinding. All load and swaging force specifications are based on comprehensive testing conducted specifically on our Gerro™ Combi combination wire rope split (RSP) with a steel core (IWRC).

Please note that load capacities may differ with varying combination wire ropes, with load values denoted in kN (30 kN ≈ 3000 kg). For your convenience, each article number references the combination wire rope diameter required, such as GC16-E for a 16mm rope.
