Highlights of 2025 – A Landmark Year of Growth & Innovation

Talurit Group – Looking back at 2025

2025 has been a landmark year for the Talurit Group. It was our first full year with SEB Private Equity as majority owner, and together we have made strong progress on our shared strategy: sustainable growth, continuous innovation and an even stronger international presence. This strengthened platform allows us to support customers worldwide with safe, efficient and reliable solutions for mechanical splicing and wire rope handling.

Expanding Our Global Footprint

A key milestone this year was the establishment of Talurit Middle East in the UAE, with office and warehouse facilities in the SAIF Zone. This new subsidiary brings us closer to customers in one of the world’s fastest growing industrial regions and strengthens our ability to serve the Middle East and surrounding markets with local stock, support and expertise. 

We continued to strengthen our presence in the US market, building relationships with key customers and expanding our product range to better meet local needs. As part of our commitment to support growth and enhance service in North America, we have signed agreements to double our sales team in the US at the start of 2026, as well as increase our warehouse capacity to better serve our customers. We are also in the final stages of planning additional investments to further strengthen our presence in this region.

Connecting with Customers at Key Industry Exhibitions

2025 was also a strong year for meeting customers face-to-face at major industry events around the world.

LiftEx 2025 – Liverpool, UK

In November, we exhibited at LiftEx 2025 at the Exhibition Centre Liverpool, where we welcomed visitors from across the global lifting industry. The show was a major highlight of the year, featuring two world premieres at our stand – the new 400T single pillar swager and the CC130T chain cutting line – alongside the first international showcase of our certified Lifting & Safety Supplies wholesale range.
Live demonstrations, in-depth technical discussions and a strong Talurit team on site made LiftEx 2025 an ideal platform for strengthening relationships and exploring new projects together.

OGA 2025 – Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

In September, we exhibited at Oil & Gas Asia (OGA) 2025 in Kuala Lumpur, one of Southeast Asia’s leading events for the energy sector. From our stand, we showcased our solutions for mechanical splicing, wire rope handling, testing and lifting, supporting customers in offshore, marine and heavy industrial applications where reliability and safety are critical.

LiftEx Gold Coast – Australia

Our exhibition activity in the region also built on our presence at LiftEx Gold Coast in Australia, where we exhibited together with our partner Bridco. This two-day event brought us closer to customers in key segments such as mining, infrastructure and ports, and underlined our long-term commitment to the Australian and wider Asia-Pacific markets.

These exhibitions play an important role, giving us the chance to listen, learn and provide guidance directly to the people who use Talurit® solutions every day.

Innovation at the Core of Our Portfolio

Innovation has remained at the heart of everything we do, and 2025 saw several important product launches and upgrades:

• DB 100T/25T test bed – advanced testing for demanding applications. A robust and versatile horizontal test bed designed for proof load and breaking load tests, with capacities up to 100 tonnes and a separate 25 tonne test area. It supports accurate force measurement and documentation, helping customers verify performance, quality and safety of slings and lifting equipment.
• Talurit® LKA 30 GC – world’s first automatic cutter for combination wire rope. Launched in March, the LKA 30 GC is the first fully automatic cutting machine designed specifically for combination wire ropes, setting new standards for speed, accuracy and repeatability in playground netting and similar applications.
• Updated 50T swager – small but mighty, now smarter & safer. Our upgraded 50T swager combines a compact footprint with improved safety, ergonomics and usability, helping customers increase productivity without compromising on operator protection.
• Talurit® LKA 30 PS – a new benchmark in automatic wire rope cutting. Introduced in August, the LKA 30 PS is our latest generation fully automatic cutting machine for pre-formed wire ropes, designed for precise, repeatable cutting with low noise, reduced energy consumption and a user-friendly control system.

Together, these developments further strengthen our position as a full system supplier for cutting, swaging and handling wire rope.

Taking Wholesale Lifting & Safety Supplies Global

Another major highlight was the global rollout of our proven and certified wholesale Lifting & Safety Supplies range, previously available only through Talurit UK. The range includes chain and components, wire rope accessories, DNV-certified master links, shackles, hoists, and web/round slings – all engineered for demanding industrial use and backed by full documentation and traceability.

The international introduction of this range gives distributors and customers worldwide access to a broader, fully certified offering from a single trusted partner.

Strengthening the Gerro™ Combi Playground System

We also continued to invest in our Gerro™ Combi playground system. In late 2025, we introduced new premium plastic components that make the system even more complete for playgrounds and similar applications. Combined with our combination wire ropes and aluminium ferrules, Gerro™ Combi offers safe, durable and visually appealing solutions that comply with EN 1176 and are trusted in playgrounds and sports environments around the world.

Looking Ahead

As we wrap up 2025, we do so with pride in what has been achieved and excitement for what comes next. The foundations laid this year position us at Talurit Group for continued growth and even stronger customer partnerships in 2026 and beyond.
