The Talurit® DB Upgrade Kit is a complete retrofit solution that gives existing test beds a new life. It renews the hydraulics, control system & software, while the frame, cylinders & other durable components stay in service. The kit is delivered as a compact, pre-assembled unit and brings intuitive touchscreen software, automatic certificates & modern safety features to test beds from 40 to 150 tonnes, from Talurit® and other manufacturers alike. It’s a sustainable, cost-effective alternative to buying a completely new machine.

The Talurit® DB Upgrade Kit is a complete retrofit solution that brings the latest Talurit® testing technology to existing test beds. A well-built test bed frame is made to last for decades, while hydraulics, electronics & software develop much faster. The upgrade kit reuses the mechanical frame, cylinders & other durable components and replaces only what has aged. Customers get modern testing capability without investing in a completely new machine.
The kit combines a hydraulic power unit with a fully integrated electrical cabinet, touchscreen interface & control software. It is delivered as a compact, pre-assembled unit weighing approximately 180 kg, which simplifies installation & keeps downtime to a minimum. Upgraded test beds are calibrated to Class 1 according to EN ISO 7500-1.
