3000T – Swager

The P 3000T 2S swager is equipped with a powerful 37kW two-stage hydraulic unit, controlled by solenoid valves. The unique TALURIT® valve house ensures a smooth and safe transition from low to high pressure, significantly enhancing the work environment. Additionally, the machine features an effective power pack, a silencing package to reduce noise, and various operator functions such as a hold function, return stroke limiter, and automatic swaging cycle stop. It also includes a time-based automatic power shutdown to conserve energy.

Designed with optimal material usage in mind, the swager body provides a superior work area for the operator while minimizing environmental impact from manufacturing. Despite its eco-friendly design, it guarantees high strength, long service life, and minimal maintenance. The operation is straightforward and efficient, facilitated by an electrical foot pedal that allows the operator to use both hands during swaging. The foot pedal includes a “hold” position to aid in rope and eye adjustment, as well as quick tool setup.

To optimize and ensure the quality of the operation, the maximum swage load can be preset with automatic piston return, and the start position (opening between the press dies) is adjustable. These features save time and reduce unnecessary movements for the operator. When the machine is left unused, the resource-saving automatic shutdown feature turns it off, but it can be easily restarted by pressing the foot pedal.
