T-cross Joint Ferrules
The T-cross joint ferrule (GCxx-TCK) is designed for the swift and effortless assembly of playground netting, particularly in cases where a T-cross termination of two ropes is required.
Before swaging, the rope passing through the ferrule is securely fastened with a screw. It is then swaged in a press die with one rounded pocket end, ensuring a smooth surface. This design minimizes the need for extensive manual grinding, ensuring both efficiency in construction and enhanced safety for the end user.
