LKA 30 PS – Automatic Cutting Machine

The machine features a variable speed function, allowing for customizations for each specific job. Immediately after the cutting operation is complete, the machine enters standby mode, contributing to a lower sound level, reduced energy consumption, and less wear. The LKA 30 PS is user-friendly, with a PLC-based control system, a 10” touch screen, and an intuitive menu system. It operates quietly and offers a range of setup options, including an automatic brake control to ensure optimal speed and precision during operation. It can also be configured to support batch processing. Both the tube and feeding units are pneumatically operated. Additionally, the system can save calibration settings along with any applied markings, enhancing consistency and ease of use.

For precision, the LKA 30 PS includes an independent measuring system and a built-in calibration cycle, ensuring a cutting accuracy within ±1% of the desired length as a minimum. In most cases, the accuracy is around 0,5%, with even better precision achieved when cutting longer lengths.
