AV 30 – Annealing Machine
The AV-series cutting systems from Talurit® have grown in popularity due to their many market-leading features. These machines can shape any type of tapered wire rope end. The fused end will have a cross-section that is welded together which will keep the wire rope lays intact. By applying a safe electrical current, the wire rope will heat up where the cut is to be made. Using the wheels and the handle when the wire rope is heated sufficiently, the machine operator pulls and twists the wire rope to form the desired ending. The foot control allows the user to apply heat while maintaining a good overview of the cutting process.

The AV 30 can anneal wire rope up to 30 mm in diameter. It has four different power levels enabling the result of the tapered end to be optimized. The handle on the pulling chuck has a release function so that the operator can alter the position. Hence making it possible for the operator to always work ergonomically.
It comes with safety glass to protect the operator from sparks during work. We recommend our customers to connect the annealing machine to a ventilation system for efficient and effective exhaust of the smoke.
