ESP – Carbon Steel End Stop

The Talurit® ESP End Stop is crafted from mild carbon steel to meet the demands of rotation-resistant wire rope applications. Engineered for reliability and safety, these end stops are ideal for mobile cranes and specialized housing installations. Choose from ESP with a pad eye for added versatility or ES with an “open-bore” design.

Designed to accommodate rotation-resistant round strand ropes up to grade 1960 and conforming to EN 12385 standards, the Talurit® ES/ESP system ensures optimal performance and longevity. The chamfered surface and slightly conical bore distribute stress evenly, enhancing durability. The system is tested for rotation-resistant wire rope, class 35(W)x7, fill factor 0,71. Wire rope grade 1960.
The system with this wire rope has been validated according to EN 13411-8.

For added convenience, this ESP variant features an inspection hole for easy dead-end visibility and can accommodate RFID chips for tracking purposes. End stops are marked with article numbers or per customer’s request, ensuring seamless integration into your setup.
