250T – Swager

The Talurit® 250T 1VS swager is a compact single-pillar machine designed for maximum efficiency, featuring a quick swaging cycle and easy operator accessibility. Its variable speed control allows for customizations tailored to each specific job. After the swaging operation is complete, the sound level is instantly reduced to improve the work environment.

The swager is operated by a foot pedal, enabling the operator to use both hands to handle the rope assembly. In addition to the standard up/down function, the foot pedal includes a “hold function” to facilitate rope adjustment, sling eye adjustment, and tool setup. Settings and monitoring are managed through a user-friendly 4.3” display, allowing the operator to set the desired force, speed, and return time of the piston. These features enhance operational efficiency while reducing operator movements and die wear. The display is secured by powerful magnets, ensuring perfect placement for each operator. To further improve the working environment, the power pack enters standby mode when the piston is not in motion, reducing the sound level to just 50 dB. This feature also contributes to overall lower energy usage and less wear. The Talurit® 250T 1VS swager is versatile and can efficiently swage turnback ferrules, terminals, end stops, and Flemish eye sleeves.
