LKA 14 AM – Automatic Annealing Machine
The Talurit® LKA 14 AM is a fully automatic wire rope annealing machine, featuring an innovative design that optimizes performance and efficiency. It is equipped with a state-of-the-art robotic annealing unit and advanced retardation of the feeding unit. Unique in its segment, it handles wire rope with diameters between 4 to 14 mm. The annealing unit twists, pulls and heats the wire rope to achieve a tapered and hardened end that does not untwist.

Its high level of safety, easy operation and very low noise level make this automatic fuse and tapering machine the operator’s first choice. The guiding tube and the annealing unit are maneuvered pneumatically, while the feeding unit is electric. Minimum cut-off length is approximately 100 mm and the built-in electronic measuring unit has an accuracy of ± 1 % of the measured length. The control system is based on a PLC with a 10” touch screen. It is easy to use due to the clear menu and distinct interface. On this panel, the operator can access the many set-up possibilities and monitor the progress.
