When integrated into a Talurit® wire rope handling system, the start and stop functions of all interconnected machines are synchronized, guaranteeing a smooth and coordinated workflow. As a stand-alone machine, the UL 800 P is designed for various coiling procedures with workshop safety as priority.

The UL 800 P incorporates an additional layer of security through its protective cover. Designed with an opening for wire rope, it can be positioned on either side to accommodate various setup configurations. To further enhance safety measures, the cover is equipped with a safety switch. In the event of cover removal or door opening during operation, the machine automatically stops. The operation will then resume when the door is closed back in the correct position. Operators benefit from the user-friendly foot pedal, facilitating effortless changes in coiling direction as well as the start and stop functions. Its flexible speed settings enable manual adjustments, easily controlled via a button on the electrical cabinet. Choosing the UL 800 P grants you the flexibility to opt for either a shaft or the coiling unit. While the standard capacity of the UL 800 P is 800 kg, it is essential to note that the capacity varies depending on the selected shaft.
