The Talurit® 300T test bed is built for the demands of heavy-duty daily use, combining a robust structure with the precision and control required for the most challenging tensile testing applications. Two high-capacity cylinders sit within a fully enclosed steel frame, complete with a walkable steel floor and comprehensive steel guarding — creating a safe, professional working environment without compromise.

The standard DB 300T/50T section spans 10.45 meters in total length, with the flexibility to extend by adding extra sections, each contributing an additional 4 meters to the overall testing length. Engineered to meet Class 1 accuracy within ±1% according to ISO 7500-1, the system delivers reliable elongation and load measurements across both its high-range (300-ton) and low-range (50-ton) cylinders. Whether performing proof tests, hold tests, dynamic cycle tests, or full-capacity break tests at 300 tons, the DB 300T/50T is built to handle it all within a single, integrated system.
The machine is powered by a 15 kW Talurit® VS power pack featuring two hydraulic pumps, delivering precise and independent speed control for both cylinders. Positioned directly on the cylinders for a compact and efficient layout, the power pack includes the motor/pump unit, a 280-litre hydraulic tank, solenoid directional valves, an oil cooler, and a digitally controlled proportional pressure regulating valve. Allowing for flexible and highly accurate load output across the full testing range. Operation is handled through intuitive software on a touch-screen interface, guiding the operator through each stage of the testing process and minimising the risk of errors. A dedicated remote control system adds a further layer of convenience and safety during rigging and cylinder positioning.
