The STTT-R swage terminals are thourougly validated according to the Talurit® system for mechanical splicing, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Crafted from special bar quality carbon steel, our open/closed swage terminals undergo a meticulous forging process to guarantee durability and strength. Through a controlled hardness achieved by spheroidized annealing, we achieve consistency in performance and longevity.
With an efficiency rating of 100% based on the catalog strength of wire rope when properly applied, our swage terminals offer unmatched reliability in demanding applications. The STTT-R swage terminals are ideally suited for use with 6×19 or 8-strand, 6×37 IWRC wire rope configurations, providing a secure and reliable connection for a wide range of industrial and commercial applications.
Important Considerations: It’s essential to note that while our swage terminals excel in various applications, they are not recommended for use with fiber core or lang lay ropes to ensure optimal safety and performance.
