600T 2S – Swager

The P 0600T 2S swager comes generously equipped with an effective power pack, a silencing package to reduce noise and various operator functions such as hold, return stroke limiter and automatic swaging cycle stop. Furthermore, it comes with a time-based automatic power shutdown.

The swager body is designed for optimal material usage resulting in a superior work area for the operator while reducing the environmental impact of manufacturing. Still ensuring high strength, long service life, and minimum maintenance. The machine is equipped with a powerful 11kW two-stage hydraulic unit controlled by solenoid valves. The special TALURIT® valve house gives a smooth and safe transfer from low to high pressure which improves the work environment greatly.

Operation is very easy since an electrical foot pedal permits the operator to use both hands when swaging. In addition to the normal up/down function the foot pedal as a ”hold” position to facilitate rope/eye adjustment and to make tool set-up quicker. To optimize and quality secure the operation, the maximum swage load can be preset with automatic return of the piston. The start position, (opening between the press dies) is adjustable. All these features save time and unnecessary movements or the operator. When left unused the resource-saving automatic shutdown will turn off the machine but is easy to start again by pressing down the foot pedal.
