LKA 04 – Automatic Cutting Machine
The LKA 04 is an automatic cutting machine that cuts up to 4 mm wire rope. With a measuring accuracy of ± 1% this cutter is a given choice when you need to produce high volumes in a short time. With an uncoiling unit, AVL-75M, added it does most of the work by itself.

The Talurit® LKA 04 is a fully automatic wire rope cutting machine, featuring a smooth start and advanced retardation of the feeding unit. Intended for cutting pre-formed wire ropes of max. grade 1960 in diameters between 1 to 4 mm. Minimum cutting length is approx. 55 mm. The electronic measuring unit has an accuracy of ± 1 mm of the measured length. This machine has a very low noise level and is environment friendly. The guiding tube and the shears are operated pneumatically, while the feeding unit is electric. LKA 04 can run on voltages between 200 – 480 V and 50 – 60 Hz.
LKA 04 can be fitted with the AVL-75M uncoiling machine;
- AVL-75M for smaller wire rope drums up to a weight of 75 kg.
