The Talurit CC40T offers a convenient solution for cutting chains up to Ø 22 mm in grade 80, providing an efficient and environmentally friendly process. This chain cutter ensures enhanced safety, reduced noise levels, and eliminates smoke or dust compared to traditional rotating discs.
Designed for heavy-duty applications, the CC40T chain cutter features a robust stainless-steel cover and is specifically engineered for pinch-ended cuts on chains. It adheres to CE marking standards and strict safety regulations, prioritizing operator safety during the cutting process. Operated hydraulically with a maximum pressure of 700 bar, this cutter can effortlessly slice chains up to Ø 22 in grade 8 (max hardness 44 HRC). Crafted from a special alloy and treated for durability, the shears have a long lifespan but should be regarded as consumable items subject to wear and tear. Changing the shears is a simple task and can be completed within a minute in case of failure.
User-friendly in design, the CC40T requires placing the chain between the shears in the groove, closing the protective cover, and initiating the cutting process. When used in conjunction with the HAGG 1,5/700-CC, the shears automatically open upon releasing the foot pedal after completing the cut, ensuring a seamless user experience.
