The AV 65 uses a controlled electrical current to safely heat wire ropes up to 65 mm in diameter at the point where the cut is to be made. The process ensures that the fused end features a cross-section welded together, maintaining the integrity of the wire rope lays. Equipped with swivel wheels and an easy-to-use handle, operators can efficiently rotate and stretch the heated wire rope to create desired end shapes by pulling and twisting.

For enhanced operational convenience and safety, this machine provides foot control that allows users to apply heat while keeping a clear perspective on the cutting process. Additionally, its design includes an accessible hood that traps fumes from annealing, ensuring user protection and ease of access when mounting wire ropes. A practical tray collects ashes from annealing activities and is simple to empty. To safeguard operators from sparks during operation, the AV 65 comes with a secure safety hatch. For optimal performance, we recommend connecting this annealing machine to an effective ventilation system for smoke exhaust. Optional wheels can also be equipped as needed.
