The CC50T chain cutting machine consists of a cutting unit mounted onto a work bench and a hydraulic power unit. The machine is a compact design leaving a lot of room for the operator and with the open throat, the operator will have a comfortable access to the cutting area.
The CC50T chain cutting machine is easy to use:
- Place the chain in the groove, between the shears and press the pedal. The machine will automatically grip the link and hold it for you, without cutting it. This allows the operator to use both hands to secure the chain in the optimal position before closing the security cover.
- Close the protection cover and start cutting. The operator is protected from any projectile-splinters from the chain cut. When the cut is made, the shears open automatically.

The variable speed is an efficiency booster that gives you control of the cutting speed based on your application. By turning up the speed adjustment to maximum the piston will move with 10mm/s up to a force of 20 ton. It will then slow down until maximum force is reached and the piston is moving with 1mm/s. The speed adjustment can be set at any speed between 1-10mm/s. The Variable speed function of the CC50T 1VS enables the cutter to have a faster cycle time while using less power, hence a good choice for the environment.
