The machine has a built-in lever that indicates if the wire rope is being pulled while also controlling the speed of the motion. Once activated, the machine starts to feed out more wire rope and will do so until it cumulates 1 meter, ready for quick payout onto the next cutting cycle.<\/p>\n
This unreeler can be used as a standalone machine or as an integrated part of a Talurit\u00ae Wire Rope Handling System*. For batch cutting of shorter lengths of small-diameter wire ropes, this is our recommended machine. As a standalone unit, the AVL 75M will start unreeling as the wire rope is pulled out of the machine. The uncoiling speed is regulated by a potentiometer on the electrical cabinet of the AVL-75M.<\/p>\n
