The TALURIT 40T chain cutter is designed for everyday use with emphasis on operator safety. This versatile chain cutter comes with a solid stainless-steel cover and can be operated with both a hydraulic unit and a pump. It is CE-marked and produces high performance pinch-ended cuts.

The TALURIT CC40T cutting machine is both powerful and versatile. It is designed for convenient long hour cutting operations, as well as the option to bring the cutter to the field. The cutting machine generates a low sound during the cutting process, which contributes to a friendly work environment.
The CC40T cutting machine is easy to use. Just place the chain in the groove, between the shears. Close the protection cover and start cutting. When using the multifunctional hydraulic unit together with the CC40T cutting machine the shears open automatically after releasing the foot pedal after the cutting is done. The hydraulic unit is equipped with a potentiometer that controls the pre-cutting force. This allows the operator to use both hands to secure the chain in the optimal position before closing the security cover. The operator is then protected from any projectile-splinters from the chain cut.

HYDRAULICS
This hydraulic unit is equipped with a potentiometer that controls the pre-cutting force (the force used to fasten the chain between the shears). When left unused the automatic shutdown turns the chain cutter off. It is easily started again by pressing down the foot pedal. Comes with 2000 mm hose and quick coupling for easy connection.
The hand pump can easily be installed with quick couplings for a more mobile cutting solution. Includes an 800 mm hose with quick couplings.
MOUNTING
Fixed Legs
Fixed legs to position the hydraulic unit in an ergonomically correct position and facilitates the adjusting of the hydraulic pressure for the chain cutter. Comes with fixed holes to fasten the components.
Handle
The main body can be equipped with a handle for easier transportation when used as a mobile chain cutter.
