The three (3) winners will be announced 2023-11-29 on the Talurit Group LinkedIn page and in this post. The method of selecting the winner is by chance, the drawing will be conducted by a third party. No costs associated with the prize for the winner, shipment and all is paid by us at Talurit AB. Participants need to be 18 years or older. When writing a comment on the LinkedIn post, or liking the LinkedIn post, or sharing the LinkedIn post, the participant gives consent to enter the giveaway. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with LinkedIn nor Instagram or Facebook. The odds of winning are based on the number of persons entering the contest. No purchase is necessary and purchase does not enhance the chance of winning. Void where prohibited.

These terms and conditions regulate the requirements for participation in the current LinkedIn competition of Talurit AB. Information as of November 8’th, 2023

§ 1 ORGANIZER OF THE COMPETITION

The organizer of the giveaway competition is Talurit AB, Amalia Jönssons gata 29, 421 31 Västra Frölunda, Sweden.

§ 2 ELIGIBILITY

All persons who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation are eligible to participate.

Participation is only possible if the participant does not violate any compliance guidelines that apply to him/her (e.g. gift acceptance guidelines for employees of customers of the organizer). Participation with false identities or with identities of third individuals is not permitted.

Participation in the competition is only possible under the conditions of participation stated here. By participating in the competition, the participant expressly accepts these conditions of participation. Anyone who fulfills these rules will be entered into the giveaway raffle. Each participant can only take part in the raffle in his own name.

§ 3 COURSE OF THE GIVEAWAY COMPETITION AND GENERAL PROVISIONS

Condition of participation:

Participation in the giveaway competition takes place by means of a “like”, “comment”, and/or “share” of the LinkedIn post from 08 November 2023 by Talurit Group: //www.linkedin.com/company/talurit
If the post reaches more than 40 comments from eligible persons during the participation period on LinkedIn, Talurit AB will draw the aforementioned prizes.

Period of participation:

The competition starts on 08 November 2023 and ends on 28 November 2023 at 08:00 AM (CET). After the end of the competition, no more entries can be considered. The draw will take place within 24 hours after the end of the competition.

Prize – the giveaway: Each of the three winners will receive a set of Talurit® branded promotional items consisting of a mug, a cap, a pair of socks, a keychain, a sports water bottle, a tote bag, a USB charging cable, and a Talurit® T30 aluminium ferrule with its name engraved on it.

Talurit AB will draw the prize specified in the giveaway description from among all eligible participants, provided that the prerequisites for winning are met. The prize will be distributed by the organizer. The prize will be shipped to the winner at no cost to the winner.

Draw / Raffle of the giveaway:

The winner will be chosen at random. The winner will be notified by private message from Talurit AB and must respond within 48 hours of receipt, providing first and last name, and full mailing address.

If we do not receive a corresponding response within 48 hours, the claim to the prize will be forfeited. New winners will not be determined.

The giveaway cannot be transferred to other persons, exchanged or paid out in cash. If the prize cannot be claimed by the winner, it will be forfeited without replacement.

Exclusion and modifications:

Talurit AB reserves the right to terminate or modify the competition at any time. No claims can be derived from premature termination.

Entries (= likes, comments, shares) to the competition may not contain insults, false facts, competition, trademark or copyright infringements. Participants who violate these conditions of participation or who demonstrably use unauthorized aids may be excluded from participation in the competition. If the conditions for exclusion are met, the giveaway prize may be subsequently withdrawn, or the giveaway prize already delivered may be reclaimed.

§ 4 DATA PROTECTION NOTICE

Talurit AB respects the privacy of the participants and therefore takes the protection of personal data very seriously. When handling this data, Talurit AB acts in strict compliance with the relevant statutory data protection regulations.

If you participate in the LinkedIn giveaway competition, we, as the data protection controller, process the personal data you associated with your participation and disclosed by you to us in order to carry out the giveaway prize and to identify you as an eligible participant, as well as for any prize determination and notification and the dispatch of any giveaway prize.

In order to participate in the competition, Talurit AB collects, stores and uses the participant’s LinkedIn profile and their comments, likes, and shares. These are processed by Talurit AB exclusively for the purpose of determining the winner and conducting the giveaway competition.

Please note, however, that the content you publish as part of your participation is linked together with your LinkedIn name and, via this, also with your LinkedIn profile and can thus be permanently accessed via our LinkedIn page. Please note the settings option for the public visibility of your LinkedIn profile on LinkedIn.

Only in the event that the participant is also the winner of the corresponding raffle, he will be notified of his win by private message via LinkedIn. Personal data will be deleted after the end of the campaign and will not be passed on to third parties under any circumstances.

By participating in the raffle, the winner agrees to the collection, storage, and use of his personal data (first name, last name, postal address) by Talurit AB for the purpose of conducting the giveaway/raffle. Data will only be passed on if this is necessary for the purpose of the competition (e.g. delivery of the prize).

§ 5 OTHER

The participant releases LinkedIn from any liability. Legal recourse is excluded.
These conditions of participation and the entire legal relationship between the participants are subject exclusively to Swedish law. Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining conditions of participation.
