The machine is equipped with a powerful 37kW two-stage hydraulic unit controlled by solenoid valves. The special Talurit\u00ae valve house is giving a smooth and safe transfer from low to high pressure which is improving the work environment greatly.<\/p>\n
Operation is very easy since an electrical foot pedal permits the operator to use both hands when swaging. In addition to the normal up\/down function the foot pedal has a \u201dhold\u201d position to facilitate rope\/eye adjustment and to make tool set-up quicker. To optimize and quality secure the operation, the maximum swage load can be preset with automatic return of the piston. The start position, (opening between the press dies) is adjustable.<\/p>\n

Aluminium ferrules can be swaged up to size 94 in single-stage and up to size 152 in multi-stage. And for flemish eye (carbon steel) up to size 6\u201d. Like all of our swagers it is engineered and manufactured in our facilities in Sweden.<\/p>\n
The P 4200T 2S swager comes generously equipped with an effective power pack, a silencing package to reduce noise and various operator functions such as hold, return stroke limiter and automatic swaging cycle stop. Furthermore, it comes with a time-based automatic power shutdown.<\/p>\n
