The 4200T (P 4200T 2S) hydraulic swager has the solidity and power of all our swagers, combined with modern equipment such as the T-panel. Safety and user-friendly high technology combined, put simply!
The swager is built for long durability and is the result of continuously developing our swagers since the start in 1948. While technology has developed, so have our swagers’ with increased ease of operation and even better ability to service it. Our machine design together with the use of only leading brand components gives these machines the best service life in the market, and a lower total cost of ownership.
The 4200T large hydraulic swager is equipped with our T-Panel EXT as standard, which is a user-friendly touch screen for operating the Swager and collecting production data to optimize production and setup time. Integrated service reminders and protective alarms increases the lifetime and helps you keep track of the swager’s condition. The extended T-panel is containing a recipe handling system to store different swaging programs, such as Flemish eye, End stop or STT-terminals. These programs will reduce human error and are performing the swaging according to the TALURIT splicing instructions. There is also a possibility to make different swaging cycles that can contain multiple stages of your own liking.
Its powerful two-stage hydraulic unit and reliable design (according to proven standards) insures both an efficient and easy work situation for the operators. Due to the mobile twin foot pedal, the operator can use both hands when swaging. The pedal also has a “hold position” feature, complimenting the up/down function. These features save both time and unnecessary movements for the operator.
The retraction length of the bottom die can be adjusted by the timer function. The hydraulic unit shuts down after an adjustable idle time and can be started again by just pressing the foot control. This energy saving feature is also in addition reducing the already low noise level.

Insert die holders
With optional insert die holders smaller dies can be used:
- VIN KS/LS for dies size KS, K
- VIN G0S/KS for dies size G0 and G0S.
- VIN E-E1/G0 for dies size E and E1
Rigging Device (RBS 130)
Mechanical assistant for forming of turnback terminations. RBS 130 has both rotating and pulling arms which assists in bending the wire rope into an eye and controlling the size of it. Suitable for both soft and thimble eyes. This option is strongly recommended as it minimizes the risk of personal harm when bending the wire rope. It also allows for a single operator to handle the machine during the swaging operation.

All our swagers are developed and manufactured in-house in our workshop in Gothenburg, Sweden. And are delivered with a full technical documentation along with instructions.
