The TALURIT® 600T 2 pillar swager has 36% less environmental impact from production than machines with the same capacity from other actors in the industry.
The TALURIT 600T 2S hydraulic swager is a great medium sized swager consisting of a single body casting. The machine generates a low sound during the swaging process, which contributes to an operator friendly working station. The smart foot pedal control allows the operator to use both hands when concentrating on the swaging procedure. In addition to the standard up/down function, the foot control can activate a hold-function, which keeps the die sets in place, giving the operator time to facilitate rope or sling eye adjustment as well as making the making tool set-up quicker.
With the pressure gauge, it is possible to preset the required pressure and get the die set to open automatically once this pre-set pressure is reached on the 600T 2S hydraulic swager. Saving production cycle time and reducing operator movements and wear of the dies.
The retraction length of the bottom die can be adjusted by the timer function. The hydraulic unit shuts down after an adjustable idle time and can be started again by just pressing the foot control. This energy saving feature is also in addition reducing the already low noise level.

OPERATION
Touch screen extended (T-PANEL EXT)
This user-friendly touch screen is a good way for operating the Swager and collecting production data to optimize production and setup time. Integrated service reminders and protective alarms increases the lifetime and helps you keep track of the swager’s condition. The extended T-panel is containing a recipe handling system to store different swaging programs, such as Flemish eye, End stop or STT-terminals. These programs will reduce human error and are according to the TALURIT splicing instructions. There is also a possibility to make different swaging cycles that can contain multiple stages of your own liking. The swager will perform each step by using the foot pedal stepwise until performing each of the steps the swaging cycle consists of. The T-panel EXT handles both metric and imperial measurements.
Adjustable height (HEIGHT ADJUSTER)
Standard working height is 1270 mm. With this option the working
height can be adjusted from 1335 to 1530 mm
Oil cooler (OIL COOLER 600T)
If the swager is running continuously in very warm climates, we
offer an optional external oil cooler.
