Description

The ES-version is an “open bore” where the wire rope is easily slotted through while the ESP has a pad eye. To allow for inspection, the ESP also has an inspection hole through which the dead end can be seen. Chip for RFID (radio frequency identification) can be glued into designated area after swaging.

The ES & ESP end stops are made from mild carbon steel. They are designed for full proof applications of rotation resistant wire rope with a maximum rope grade of 1960 and conforming to EN 12385. The chamfered surface around the cylinder matches different housings. To distribute the stress over a larger area the bore of the end stop is slightly conical.

The ES/ESP-system is specifically designed for rotation resistant round strand ropes and has been verified and tested for rotation resistant wire rope, class 35 (W) x 7, fill factor 0,71.
End stops are marked with article number or as per customer’s request.
Note! Before ordering it is important to make sure that the housing where the end stop will be fixed is matching the ES series diameters and lengths after pressing. Due to the variety of steel wire ropes, it is difficult to approve all of them contact our technical department for further assistance for your specific need.
